The Eye Earrings in blackened sterling silver with carnelian, glass and metal beads threaded onto a black plaited cord are handmade by Melbourne artist Vikki Kassioras as part of her exhibition, ASIMINA.
ASIMINA is a special exhibition of silver jewellery by Vikki Kassioras, offering a retrospective exploration of her creative practice which now spans over two decades.
This exhibition reinterprets and reimagines select pieces from Vikki’s past collections, providing a foundation for this body of work. Through the lens of hindsight, combined with an evolved creative process, Vikki introduces a fresh perspective whilst maintaining the integrity of her original designs.
Pieces from this collection will be shipped at the conclusion of the exhibition (from 31 October, 2024).
