Marketing Co-Ordinator (Part-Time 0.8) 

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Co-Ordinator to join e.g.etal. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for implementing promotions and campaigns, managing web content, co-ordinating photo shoots, and driving engagement through social media, EDMs, website and events.

About you:

You have a passion for art and independent design, with a keen creative eye that will help you maintain e.g.etal’s high visual standards.
You use your photography, video, photoshop, InDesign, and copywriting skills regularly to produce engaging and on-brand content.
You develop great rapport with suppliers, vendors and a network of creative contacts. You’re skilled at creating briefs and managing projects to completion.
You’re full of ideas, always looking for opportunities to reach new audiences
You’re motivated by targets and can identify innovative ways to meet your objectives.
You keep up to date with digital marketing trends and strategies
You’re organised and thorough, planning ahead to hit deadlines and keep the marketing calendar running smoothly

Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing or e-commerce role
Experience in the arts or creative industries is highly desirable
Intermediate InDesign & photoshop skills
Experience creating content for social media and growing engagement
Experience using WordPress, Woocommerce or similar
Experience using Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or similar
Experience managing print production including packaging, signage and collateral
Understanding of basic SEO principles and e-commerce best practice
Experience managing successful organic and paid social campaigns
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
