Repairs & Alterations

Even with the best of care, jewellery will wear over time and may at some point need to be repaired.

Where possible, our artists are happy to alter their piece/s to suit your specifications (ie. resizing a ring or adjusting a necklace length). 

Please feel free to bring your jewellery back into the gallery, or if you are unable to come in, please contact us by email. Any cost will be confirmed with you to approve before proceeding.

Please kindly note: altered item/s cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not alter or repair jewellery that has not been purchased at e.g.etal.

Repair Policy

When you bring piece(s) to us for repair, you warrant that you are the owner of the jewellery piece(s) and that you have requested e.g.etal to carry out the repair or alteration.

You acknowledge that the description of the items is solely provided by you. e.g.etal is not obligated to identify or certify the nature, quality, or value of the jewelry item(s) submitted by you, including any gem(s) contained within.

Whilst all reasonable care will be taken, e.g.etal shall not be held liable for any damage to the jewelry item(s) while undertaking repairs or alterations. In particular, you acknowledge that gemstones are fragile and may contain hidden cracks or inclusions which may make them vulnerable during repairs. e.g.etal will not be liable for gemstones that crack or chip whilst the piece is being altered or repaired.
