Shipping

Postage is $15 Australia-wide (Express Shipping). This price includes insurance. The shipping rate will be calculated and added to your sale at the checkout.

Shipping is AUD$25 to New Zealand (Express Post). This price includes insurance and is tracked, with signature on delivery. The shipping rate will be calculated and added to your sale at the checkout.

e.g.etal ships nationally via Australia Post using Express Post. International deliveries are shipped using Express Courier International (Australia Post).

Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive email confirmation to advise you of the delivery. Your tracking number will be included in this email. If you would like to keep tabs on your delivery, you will be able to track your parcel through Australia Post.

You will need to sign for your parcel on delivery, so unfortunately we will be unable to deliver it to a PO Box. If you are not going to be at home during the day, we suggest that you have your parcel delivered to your work address, so it can be signed for upon delivery.

All items will need to be signed for upon delivery to verify that you have received the parcel. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as “gift”, even if the order is placed with that intention.

We will happily to ship to multiple addresses. Please email us or call us on 03 9639 5111 once you have placed your order to advise us of which item is to be sent to which address.

We can arrange for same day delivery within Melbourne and suburbs, via courier. Please email or call us on 03 9639 5111 to arrange this service. Rates will be dependent on your purchase and will be confirmed at the time of your sale.

All purchases sent by e.g.etal are covered by insurance until you have signed for your parcel and the cost of this service is covered in the shipping costs.

Once a purchase has been processed, we are unable to add any further items to the delivery. However, all orders will be dispatched at 3pm, so if you urgently need to add another item, please call the gallery on 03 9639 5111 before this time. We can’t promise that this will be possible, but we will do our best to help you out.

Please contact us immediately if your purchase is damaged during transit. Depending on the amount of damage to the piece, we will suggest returning it to e.g.etal, to be repaired. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will place an insurance claim for the damaged item to be replaced.

In the very rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will investigate its whereabouts. Failing that, e.g.etal will immediately commence an investigation and if the parcel is unable to be found, we will place an insurance claim for the missing item or items to be replaced.

Our parcels are sent to New Zealand via Express Post which usually takes 2-4 business days to deliver to major metro areas. Regional and rural areas may take longer.

Orders received before midday will be shipped on the same day, however, any orders placed after midday will be shipped on the following business day. Parcels will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. Any orders received after midday on Fridays will be shipped on the following business day.
