When will my parcel be shipped?
Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. All parcels are sent via Express Post for the fastest possible delivery. Parcels will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. If you require your parcel urgently, please contact us.

Rates (Domestic)
Postage is $15 Australia-wide (Express Shipping). This price includes insurance, tracking and signature on delivery. The shipping rate will be calculated and added to your sale at the checkout.

Rates (New Zealand)
Shipping is AUD$35 to New Zealand (Express Post). This price includes insurance and is tracked, with signature on delivery. The shipping rate will be calculated and added to your sale at the checkout.

Rates (International)
All deliveries with a total value under $10,000 are shipped internationally via Australia post. There is a flat rate of $45 for shipping, and this price includes insurance. The shipping rate will be calculated and added to your sale at the checkout.
Please note that at present Australia Post is operating normally, but has reported some delays in delivery internationally, depending on the current individual operations of your local postal service. View country specific updates here.

Who do you ship with?
e.g.etal ships nationally via Australia Post using Express Post. International deliveries are shipped using Express Courier International (Australia Post).

Can I track my order?
Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive email confirmation to advise you of the delivery. Your tracking number will be included in this email. If you would like to keep tabs on your delivery, you will be able to track your parcel through Australia Post.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
You will need to sign for your parcel on delivery, so unfortunately we will be unable to deliver it to a PO Box. If you are not going to be at home during the day, we suggest that you have your parcel delivered to your work address, so it can be signed for upon delivery.

Do I need to sign for my purchases?
All items will need to be signed for upon delivery to verify that you have received the parcel. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as “gift”, even if the order is placed with that intention.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
We will happily to ship to multiple addresses. Please email us or call us on 03 9639 5111 once you have placed your order to advise us of which item is to be sent to which address.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We can arrange for same day delivery within Melbourne and suburbs, via courier. Please email or call us on 03 9639 5111 to arrange this service. Rates will be dependent on your purchase and will be confirmed at the time of your sale.

Is my package insured?
All purchases sent by e.g.etal are covered by insurance until you have signed for your parcel and the cost of this service is covered in the shipping costs.

Can I add items to an existing delivery?
Once a purchase has been processed, we are unable to add any further items to the delivery. However, all orders will be dispatched at 3pm, so if you urgently need to add another item, please call the gallery on 03 9639 5111 before this time. We can’t promise that this will be possible, but we will do our best to help you out.

Can I change my address after my order has been dispatched?

What happens if my jewellery purchase is damaged during transit?
Please contact us immediately if your purchase is damaged during transit. Depending on the amount of damage to the piece, we will suggest returning it to e.g.etal, to be repaired. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will place an insurance claim for the damaged item to be replaced.

What happens if my jewellery purchase is lost during transit?
In the very rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will investigate its whereabouts. Failing that, e.g.etal will immediately commence an investigation and if the parcel is unable to be found, we will place an insurance claim for the missing item or items to be replaced.

Parcels shipped via Express Post are guaranteed next day delivery within the Express Post network. Visit the Australia Post website to check whether your location falls within the Next Day Guarantee region. All remaining areas will have a delivery time between 2 and 7 business days depending on the location.
