LINE/FORM/FLOW by Rachael Grigulis is an exhibition of silver and gemstone jewellery inspired by the geometric forms and illustrations of M.C.Escher.
Form Change Stud Earrings are handcrafted in sterling silver. A progression of shapes in a continuous line. Morphing from arched to rectangular, square to triangular.
Honouring three of Escher’s seemingly ‘impossible’ drawings, Grigulis extends her interpretation of Escher’s art through the expression of her own line style, and the use of light and dark, in this body of work. Comprising a wide collection of mind-bending jewellery, this exhibition abstracts and reimagines Escher’s concepts in physical form.
