The Bolae Earrings are handmade in sterling silver with yellow gold posts by Juan Castro, created for his exhibition at e.g.etal gallery, ‘Celestial’.
This new jewellery collection by Spanish-Australian artist draws inspiration from the interior architecture and soft colour palettes of historic European churches. In a departure from Juan’s previous works, this collection features pieces crafted in sterling silver, accented with gold embellishments and gemstones in muted hues.
Purchased works from this exhibition will be shipped at its conclusion, from 29 May, 2025.
This exhibition is presented as part of Melbourne Design Week 2025. Melbourne Design Week is an initiative of the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria.
