Refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase (for online or phone orders only).
Gift vouchers, custom orders, pre-orders & made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Laybys cannot be returned (exchange only). Items must be unworn, in original condition & packaging.
If you wish to return a purchase purchased during the promotion which earned a Spend & Get voucher, please note the following conditions:
- Any Spend & Get Voucher that was earned from the original purchase and has not been redeemed, will be cancelled;
- Or, if the Spend & Get Voucher has already been redeemed and the original qualifying item is later returned, the value of the Spend & Get voucher redeemed will be deducted from any refund / client credit.
