New works by Liisa Hashimoto

Liisa Hashimoto is based in Osaka, Japan and has been making jewellery for 15 years. Liisa has been a guest artist at e.g.etal since the gallery hosted her first solo exhibition in Australia in 2011. Her intricately crafted pieces subtly augment natural and mechanical forms: ladders, scales, branches and seeds. The resulting work is grounded in recognisable forms with an enchanting sense of whimsy. We recently received a new selection of Liisa’s pieces. The work is available to view in the gallery.
