– One voucher per client.
– Not valid on existing orders.
– Not valid on laybys, repairs or the purchase of gift vouchers.
– Offer not available on purchases made using gift vouchers or client credit.
Returns:
You are welcome to exchange your purchase within the exchange period for an item of the same or greater value.
However, if you decide to return (client credit or refund) a purchase which also earned a Spend & Receive voucher, the following terms apply:
– The Spend & Receive Voucher will be cancelled; or
– If the Spend & Receive Voucher has already been redeemed, the value of the Voucher will be deducted from any refund or client credit.
Our usual return policies apply:
– Items purchased in the gallery are eligible for exchange or credit note within 14 days, no refunds.
– Items purchased online are eligible for exchange, refund or credit note within 21 days.
– The returned items must be unworn, in original condition in the original e.g.etal packaging.
