‘The Heroine’s Journey’ is the third creative collaboration between jeweller Romy Mittleman and artist Jennifer E. Hopper for e.g.etal. These earrings feature collection’s singular ‘Everywoman’ figure, depicted as cutting off her girlish braids in a defiant act of adult autonomy.
In the Heroine’s story, she delves into the treacherous terrain of her soul, encountering battles with her own psyche to slay her limitations. She is able to draw on hidden talents and resources, as symbolised by charms in this collection. She returns to herself as an enlightened and world-beating woman.
Pieces from this collection will be shipped at the conclusion of the exhibition (from 26th October, 2023).
